A multi million pound turnover. You will track both internal and external costs on each job from handover right through to final account sign off. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be experienced in reviewing multiple levels of Contract documentation and have a strong understanding of tender information and tender bills of quantities (BOQs). You will prepare cost plans in line with commercial SOPs and report on cost plans highlighting any potential issues they may have. Candidates sought will have experience of procuring major suppliers and sub-contractor packages.
