The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Due to a planned restructure, we seek to appoint for our retained client, a skilled and experienced Production Manager.
You will be an approachable, firm and fair Manager with a get things done attitude, coupled with great interpersonal skills to ensure your section of this established, successful and specialist business meets its production targets and deadlines.
You will plan, organise, programme, and schedule jobs in your section, whilst also prioritising, reacting to changes and be confident making these decisions.
The key is to have experience working in a people-led manufacturing process environment, organising workflows, driving continuous improvement and production whilst working closely with the Manufacturing Lead.
Other skills of interest are those who have had experience in part production/assembly of goods from other internal departments and completing the manufacturing process end of these.
Those from a wood mill, textiles, saw mill, fabrics, furniture production or similar are of particular interest, but not entirely essential; we will seriously consider applicants outside of these.
