Electrical Project Manager
Leading, established and highly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings seeks the solid appointment of an experienced and commercially talented Electrical Project Manager from an M&E / Building Services electrical installation project management background.
Candidate must be commutable to Kettering and site based here.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver electrical installation projects from £10M to £20M, with willingness to consider smaller projects depending on experience.
- Lead project teams on site, liaising with Site Managers, Supervisors and electrical installation engineers.
- Coordinate with main contractors, specialist electrical engineers, sub-contractors and other stakeholders to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Present regularly to clients in client‑facing meetings, maintaining integrity and professionalism.
- Work closely with a Senior Project Manager and oversee daily operations of the installed electrical systems.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in high‑voltage installation projects and commercial & industrial schemes.
- Background in M&E / Building Services with direct project management and delivery of electrical installations and related services.
- Experience with HV, hospitals and healthcare electrical installation projects preferred.
- Proven track record of managing main contractor relations and site‑based teams.
- Commercially minded, electrically biased, and able to meet business challenges.
