An award winning M&E Contractor has an incredibly rare opportunity for an M&E Professional at the top of their game to join their outstanding organisation. You will be a highly capable and experienced senior level Project Planner with a proven track record and capable of taking on this type of Senior Appointment. This role requires some travel between projects, including International travel operating from a UK West Midlands base.

This very important role will naturally require someone very much from the industry. Those applying must be from a Building Services, M&E background to enable full success in the position. Those with more commercial and industrial level experience are urgently invited to apply, as well as those with high and medium rise accommodation.

As a first, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the project planning controls and accurate reporting of such across multiple M&E projects in the UK and Europe. Those with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project software experience should make note of this in their application.

You will be skilled in prioritising and creating schedules for project delivery whilst clearly communicating these to the projects team. You will also create integrated templates and model programmes for three stages: Pre-construction, construction and commissioning, whilst also providing detailed schedules covering design, procurement, installation and close out of the projects.
