A further opportunityhasjust been created due to planned growth and expansion to recruit a talented, experienced and skilled Mechanical Building Services Engineerto join this stable organisation. Candidates applyng must be commutable to Manchester Airport, as much of your time will be here in addition to other customer sites as and when. Highly respected in their sector, this business has a fantastic reputation. If you are a multi skilled Building Services Engineer, then please do still apply. You will be responsible for completing a range of Planned Preventive Maintenance tasks, Inspections and required to complete daily, weekly, monthly and 6 monthly PPM tasks adhering to SFG20 requirements. Being a skilled MechanicalBuilding Services Engineer, you will be suitably qualified in eitherNVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing / HVAC or equivalent, experience with BMS Controls and HVAC systems, experience with UPS, standby power, lifts, boilers, and HVAC systems. Weseek a trustrworthy character happy to work well on their own and deliver great service and pride in theircraft.
