Midlands based manufacturer of machinery have a new opportunity to recruit a Field Service Engineer. Location is flexible, ideally in the East Midlands and Midlands area as a whole.

You will be a capable Engineer with a direct background in the service and maintenance of special purpose machinery. Ideally you will have mechanically biased experience dealing with the more 'heavy side' of engineering equipment; those with the right credentials of machinery maintenance outside of this will still be seriously considered.

Candidates applying with experience of hydraulics as well as conveyors or mining machinery are of particular interest for the success of the role. As well as experience with hydraulics, some general electrical ability is a further fit, i.e. wiring motors and control panels. Any welding experience is also an advantage.

This role will be mobile, UK wide (predominantly Midlands) and will focus more on service and maintenance, with no on call. Being an ambassador of the business in front of their customers, we are naturally looking for an approachable Engineer who will work well on their own.

Offering a stable career, this manufacturer of machinery has a very loyal client base and are well known for their well made equipment. Should you have this kind of experience and want to join an established and trusted UK machinery manufacturing organisation, then please send through your CV in the first instance and ensure it is up to date, showing clearly any relevant experience you have. This is an immediate appointment for the right Engineer!
