A multi million pound turnover M&E contractor enjoying continued success seeks the solid appointment of a talented and skilled BIM Coordinator to join their highly stable and reputable organisation. This award winning contractor covers multiple schemes from high end residential through to commercial and industrial based projects.
Candidates highly sought after are those ideally from an M&E / Mechanical & Electrical Services / Building Services or HVAC background; however, we will consider talented and proven BIM Coordinators from either a fit out / shopfitting or construction background, capable of learning the M&E sector quickly.
You will be a competent BIM360 user ideally with added REVIT or CAD skills experience. Further training is available and this role can offer genuine scope for development and growth. The role requires modelling, drawing and coordinating mechanical and electrical designs to ensure projects can be constructed with little or no rework once the site team commence work.
Critical to the role is ensuring the latest models, drawings and designs from all other channels are used and then notifying engineers and site teams of any changes to the models or drawings. Previous Revit MEP experience in the construction / building services field is naturally highly desirable.
