We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join a busy food manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, shop-floor leadership role, responsible for supporting daily production targets while maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, quality and efficiency. You will lead, motivate and organise a team of operatives, ensuring production runs smoothly and safely. You will also support with goods in, raw materials, finished goods, machinery operation, production checks, documentation and shift handovers.
