We are currently recruiting for a sales operations coordinator to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a customer-focused mindset to play a key role in supporting the sales and operations teams.
As a sales operations coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end sales process, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and customers receive a high level of service. You must be a specialist when it comes to systems and processes for this role.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm
Key responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Liaising with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Preparing quotations and sales documentation
- Maintaining and updating internal systems and records
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting
