The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Laser Cutter Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of our laser cutting department. This is a genuine working supervisor role where you'll lead by example, supporting production on the shop floor while driving quality, productivity and continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer expectations are met, production targets are achieved and your team has the support they need to succeed, while keeping morale and motivation high.
