Robertson Recruitment are working with a manufacturing company based in Castle Donnington as they look for a multi skilled maintenance engineer. You will play a key role in the design, development, and optimisation of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes. You will work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations.
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday
- 6:00am - 15:30pm
- 15:30pm - 12:00pm
- Rotating shifts
Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on machinery, equipment, and building services
- Ability to use mechanical and electrical diagnostic tools
- Support audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
- Knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades
Person Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
