Robertson recruitment are looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities across an Ilkeston site, with potential development into multiple sites in the future. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment, facilities, and systems are operating efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards. You will work closely with operations and project teams, manage maintenance staff, and ensure both planned and reactive maintenance tasks are delivered effectively. There are 4-5 members of the maintenance team.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day maintenance operations across sites
