Robertson Recruitment are working with a growing and well-established sheet metal fabrication business, supplying high-quality precision components and assemblies to customers across a range of industries. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced and reliable Press Brake Machine Operator to join the production team.
As a Press Brake Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating press brake machinery to manufacture precision sheet metal components to engineering specifications and customer requirements.
Working hours: There are AM and PM shifts for this role so please let me know what you prefer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC press brake machines
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Select the correct tooling and materials for each job
- Produce components to required tolerances and quality standards
- Carry out first-off and in-process inspections
