Robertson Recruitment are seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a well-established and busy joinery team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing consistently high-quality finishes while working safely and efficiently.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:30am - 4:00pm
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding and masking
- Mixing and applying paints and coatings
- Operating and maintaining spray-painting equipment
- Inspecting completed work to ensure a high-quality finish
- Correcting defects and completing touch-ups when required
- Following health and safety procedures
- Keeping the work area clean and organised
Requirements:
- Previous paint-spraying experience in a professional environment
- Good knowledge of surface preparation and paint application
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and committed to producing quality work
- Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
