Pay: Up to £16.50 per hour

Robertson Recruitment are seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a well-established and busy joinery team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing consistently high-quality finishes while working safely and efficiently.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:30am - 4:00pm

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding and masking
  • Mixing and applying paints and coatings
  • Operating and maintaining spray-painting equipment
  • Inspecting completed work to ensure a high-quality finish
  • Correcting defects and completing touch-ups when required
  • Following health and safety procedures
  • Keeping the work area clean and organised

Requirements:

  • Previous paint-spraying experience in a professional environment
  • Good knowledge of surface preparation and paint application
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual and committed to producing quality work
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
