The Role As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a busy and fast-paced environment.
Your duties may include
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock and materials throughout site
- Putting stock away into designated locations
- Order picking and stock replenishment duties where required
- Carrying out stock checks and inventory duties
- Supporting warehouse operations when required
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
About You We're looking for candidates who are
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Experienced operating Counterbalance FLT trucks
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Able to work safely within a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and willing to learn new skills
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with genuine progression prospects
Essential Requirements
- A valid Counterbalance FLT licence
- Previous Counterbalance FLT experience
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Desirable Skills & Experience Whilst not essential, experience or licences in any of the following would be highly advantageous:
- Reach Truck
- VNA
- Flexi/Bendi Truck
- PPT or LLOP
- Previous warehouse or production environment experience
- Shift Patterns A variety of shift patterns may be available, including:
- Monday to Friday
- Days
- Afternoons
- Nights
- Rotating shifts
- Overtime opportunities available
