The Opportunity: We are currently recruiting for experienced MIG/TIG Welder and/or Fabricator to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business. The business has built a strong reputation not only for the quality of its work, but also for the positive culture within the workshop. Responsibilities:
- MIG/TIG welding and/or fabrication of metal components
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Fabricating products from raw materials
- Carrying out quality inspections on completed work
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working efficiently to production deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous MIG / TIG welding and/or fabrication experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Good attention to detail
- Experience working with mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminium advantageous
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team environment
