Are you an experienced kitchen fitter with a keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality installations? Robertson Recruitment are looking for reliable, professional kitchen fitters to join a growing team, working on new build residential properties across. There are multiple locations available β Sutton Coldfield and Taunton
Youll be responsible for fitting kitchens to the highest standards in brand-new homes, working from technical drawings and schedules, and ensuring a first-class finish that exceeds customer expectations.
Please be aware for two of the roles you will need to have your gas safe qualifications. And for every role you will be required to have a CSCS card.
You will start off on a training salary for the first couple of months before moving onto a base salary with a commission. The commission is based on the amount of units that are fit on a daily basis.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday.
06:00am β 15/16:00pm (this will depend on travel time etc)
You must come to the site before travelling to the customer as you will need to pick up the appliances.
Responsibilities:

Installing kitchens (units, worktops, sinks, appliances) in new build homes

Reading and interpreting site drawings and specifications

Working closely with site managers and other trades to deliver on time

Ensuring all work complies with health & safety and building regulations

Troubleshooting on-site issues and adapting installations as needed

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Being responsible for a company vehicle
What you need to have:

Proven experience as a kitchen fitter (preferably in new build homes)

Strong carpentry/joinery skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Full UK driving licence and own tools/transport preferred
-
CSCS card (required)
-
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
-
Gas safe certificate (This is a must for the Taunton role)

Be physically able to lift kitchen appliances
