We are on the search for an experienced CNC Press Brake Setter / Operator.
You will be asked to show your skills on one of the company\’s press brakes as part of your interview, so if you don\’t have experience, please don\’t apply.

Shift Pattern & Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday = 10 Hour shifts (days or nights)
Monday to Thursday = 12 Hour shift (days or nights)
Monday to Friday = 8 Hour shifts
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC press brake machines (e.g. Amada, Trumpf, Bystronic, etc.)
- Read and interpret technical drawings, bend allowances, and job specifications
- Carry out first-off inspections and adjust settings as required to ensure quality
- Work with various materials including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
- Perform basic machine maintenance and report any faults
- Collaborate with team members and follow job schedules and priorities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in press brake operation and setup
- Strong understanding of bend allowances, tooling, and material behaviour
- Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Experience of setting and operating CNC Press Brakes
- Precision Sheet Metal work experience
- Ability to sue engineering measuring equipment
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to read engineering drawings
