Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Press Brake Setter / Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid experience (preferably with Safan Darley press brakes).
Shift Pattern & Working Hours:
14:00pm – 10:00pm Monday to Friday
Overtime Availability
Responsibilities:
- To manufacture precision detailed sheet metal components including the set up and use of Press Brakes
- To carry out any other tasks where reasonable and relevant within any manufacturing area which includes Assembly, Machine Shop and Fabrication
- To use precision equipment such as Vernier callipers
- To use and maintain equipment
- Responsible for ensuring that a high standard of housekeeping is maintained
- To support team members with other tasks as and when necessary
- Follow Health & Safety Policies
Qualifications:
- Experience of setting and operating CNC Press Brakes
- Precision Sheet Metal work experience
- Ability to sue engineering measuring equipment
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to read engineering drawings

Working Conditions:
This position works in a production environment with the risk of injury. Some safety equipment must be worn when working with equipment in the shop. Bending, lifting and pushing heavy steel is required.
