Our client is looking for an ambitious Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join their growing business in a brand-new role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and truly making a role their own.
This is a flexible, hybrid position where you will mainly be based in the office, working alongside a friendly and supportive team including their much-loved Labrador who keeps morale high throughout the day. You will also spend time out on site, meeting new clients to grow the business, as well as visiting existing clients to strengthen and develop long-term relationships.
Your responsibilities:
- Proactively generating new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Attending client sites and meetings
- Managing and developing a sales pipeline
- Representing the business professionally
What we're looking for:
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and driven attitude
- The ability to work independently and manage their own workload
- Experience selling into the healthcare or medical industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
