Working hours: 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Your new role

What you'll do:

  • Undertake a range of groundworks tasks on site as directed by the Groundworker Supervisor including; tarmacking, concreting, drainage, gullies, kerbs, paths, flagging, and making good.
  • Ensure the safe operation of all plant, equipment, and tools.
  • Always operate with safe working practices with due regard to Health and Safety Regulations, COSHH, Control of Infection, Waste Disposal etc in accordance with legislative requirements and policies and procedures of RFM.
  • Provide support and assistance to other RFM personnel on site in the delivery of contracted services.

What you'll need:

  • Previous experience working in FM environment & site environment.
  • Good understanding of H&S and SSOW.
  • RASWA trained (desirable)
  • NPOURS - mini-digger/plant (desirable)
  • The ability to work on own initiative and demonstrate a methodical approach.
  • Good communication skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
  • Dedication and ambition to develop within the role.
  • Must hold full driving licence.
  • Ability to work safely at all times.

The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS Check before starting in the job.
