Location: Mobile, Wakefield, Normanton Depot, WF1 3DZ
Contract: Full time, permanent.
Hours: 38.75 hours per week. Core hours Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Your new role
What you’ll do:
- Ensure that the facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of the Project Agreement between RFM and our client(s).
- Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or as an assistant to a maintenance tradesperson:
- Service and repair of lighting and power distribution systems.
- Reactive repairs to all types of lighting systems and power distribution systems.
- Service and repair of motors and pumps.
- Competent on BMS control systems.
- Competent PAT tester.
Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the Client.
What you'll need:
- Level 3 Certificate in electrical installation + AM2 (or equivalent)
- 2391-52 Inspection & Test
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
- Apprentice trained
- Required DBS Check: The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS Check before starting in the job.
Who we’re looking for:
To be successful in your application, you will be a qualified Electrician with reasonable experience in a maintenance role within a commercial setting. City & Guilds or equivalent qualification required including 18th Edition and AM2 Practical Skills Assessment. You will have experience in electrical power distribution systems, and preferred experience in electrical testing. Valid UK Driving Licence required.
