Job Responsibilities

  • Clean and disinfect all work surfaces, floors, and paintwork in the designated areas every day.
  • Dust, vacuum, and mop general flooring throughout the site.
  • Carry out regular clearance of waste bins within the designated working areas.
  • Perform planned and ad-hoc cleaning duties within the building and equipment across the site.
  • Ensure that facilities and services operate in compliance with Health and Safety legislation and procedures.
  • Report all accidents and incidents as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • General experience of cleaning.
  • Able to exercise initiative and prioritise duties accordingly.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety best practices.
  • Awareness of COSHH regulations.
  • Works reliably and takes initiative.
  • Good level of spoken and written English for safe communication with clients and the management team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Will require a DBS/Disclosure Check before starting the job.
