Job Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect all work surfaces, floors, and paintwork in the designated areas every day.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop general flooring throughout the site.
- Carry out regular clearance of waste bins within the designated working areas.
- Perform planned and ad-hoc cleaning duties within the building and equipment across the site.
- Ensure that facilities and services operate in compliance with Health and Safety legislation and procedures.
- Report all accidents and incidents as appropriate.
Qualifications
- General experience of cleaning.
- Able to exercise initiative and prioritise duties accordingly.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety best practices.
- Awareness of COSHH regulations.
- Works reliably and takes initiative.
- Good level of spoken and written English for safe communication with clients and the management team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Will require a DBS/Disclosure Check before starting the job.
