Working hours: 38.75 hours per week, 8:30am to 4:15pm, Monday to Friday

Contract: Full time, permanent

Robertson Facilities Management (RFM) provides hard and soft FM services, grounds maintenance and energy services for single and multi-site locations throughout the UK. Your new role

What you’ll do:

  • As the Painter on site, you will operate in and maintain a physical environment in which healthcare can be delivered to the patient. The main elements being the maintenance of both building fabric and services including external and internal finishes, fittings, and fixtures.
  • Works ranging from minor alterations to major refurbishments.
  • Planned and reactive decoration of the hospital facility.
  • Assist other trades when necessary.

What you’ll need:

  • Relevant experience and/or qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ in painting, decorating, plaster work, etc.
  • Good manual dexterity.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to follow written instruction and safety procedures.

The successful candidate will require a Standard DBS Check before starting in the job.
