Your new role
What you'll do:
- Support the Operations Director by ensuring an up-to-date asset data set across all contracts in the England and Wales region.
- Lead contract teams to keep data current and capture new information through survey, review and input.
- Maintain and monitor all data via CAFM, working with managers and commercial colleagues to achieve 100% compliance through accurate asset data collection.
- Ensure policies, procedures and guidelines are up-to-date and meet statutory and regulatory legislation.
- Review asset registers and maintenance specifications with contract teams to capture all relevant data.
- Provide regular, detailed reports to the Operations Director and wider management teams.
- Liaise with Operational teams and client representatives for planning and site access.
- Oversee asset tagging and verification for existing as-built assets.
- Audit sites to ensure statutory compliance of assets.
- Audit and review statutory compliance documentation across the region.
- Provide guidance and clarifications to operational teams within areas of expertise.
- Produce management information covering all areas of responsibility.
- Oversee completion of annual condition surveys and reporting to support capital plan.
Qualifications
What you'll need:
- A minimum of an HNC/HND qualification or equivalent technical qualifications or experience in an appropriate discipline.
- Relevant leadership experience from a technical role in the built environment, with excellent data management skills.
- Confidence to influence across all levels from site operational staff to senior management.
- A valid UK Driving Licence is essential, alongside willingness to travel throughout the region (England & Wales).
- The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS Check before starting in the job.
