Your new role

To provide full support to the Office Manager and sites, combined with business administration and support for all staff.

Duties:

  • Office administration to assist with:
    • Maintenance of internal administration systems, ensuring these are up to date and relevant
    • Compiling data for KPIs
    • Health & Safety data and equipment ordering
    • Filing, photocopying and scanning as required
  • Assist with HR administration in a timely manner including:
    • Order Plant and Materials for sites
    • Assist with CCS preparation on sites
    • Attend meetings when required and take minutes
  • Maintain efficient and effective systems and procedures, ensuring all company and administration policies are followed
  • Ensure all reports and forms are correctly presented and returned by due date
  • Any other ad hoc administrative duties for the NEE team as required

About you:

  • Good level of education achieved to Standard Grade level including Maths and English
  • Proficient in MS Office and other software packages with a good degree of computer literacy
  • Pro-active, helpful, approachable, and flexible nature
  • Skilled in multi-tasking with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • The ability to work well as part of a team and also able to work on own initiative or with others on tasks with minimum supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Punctual, enthusiastic, reliable, and committed
  • Positive approach and good work ethic
