Location: Stirling

Play a key role in coordinating subcontractor onboarding, managing documents, ensuring data accuracy, arranging travel, providing administrative support, and supporting department reporting.

Your new role:

  • Co‑ordinating the onboarding of subcontractors onto our approved database, tracking progress and communicating to stakeholders
  • Collation and storage of subcontractor documents
  • Ensuring that subcontractor details and documents held in the system are kept up to date
  • Ensuring subcontractors’ approval statuses are aligned across Robertson systems
  • Arranging travel for the department and wider business as required
  • Acting as the point of contact for any subcontractor onboarding/approval or travel booking‑related queries
  • Assisting with the reporting of departmental statistics
  • Assisting with the implementation of new initiatives and systems within the department
  • Maintaining a process handbook for Supply Chain Co-ordinator activities
  • Providing general administrative support for the department (meeting room bookings, printing, document filing, data collection, data entry, etc.)
  • Administering budgetary reporting and data capture for the department
  • Leading on the ongoing management of travel processes and system development across the business

About you:

Organised, adaptable, with strong attention to detail, capable of engaging with diverse teams across the business and external supply chain. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are advantageous.
