As Recruitment Attraction Advisor, you’ll be part of a team that’s doing incredible things – for ourselves, for the built environment around us, and for a truly sustainable future.
Supporting the People and Culture team, this role delivers effective recruitment and selection through strong guidance on talent attraction and optimal use of recruitment tools. The role contributes to the ongoing improvement of the resourcing strategy, including full support for the Next Gen 16–24 programme, while acting as ATS system administrator to embed, maintain and optimise recruitment systems and processes.
What you’ll do:
- Support end-to-end recruitment for permanent and temporary roles, partnering with Hiring Managers, Recruitment Advisors and People Partners across the Group.
- Act as system administrator for the ATS (iCIMS), driving continuous improvement, optimisation and reporting.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through effective recruitment administration and process management.
- Coach and advise Hiring Managers on sourcing strategies, assessment methods, interview techniques and best practice, including delivering training workshops.
- Manage relationships with agencies, job boards and talent tools, including preferred supplier reviews, negotiations and spend tracking.
- Lead direct sourcing, headhunting and LinkedIn resourcing activity, staying aligned with market trends.
- Build strong relationships across HR, Group companies and Social Impact teams to promote consistent, value-adding recruitment practices.
- Produce recruitment MI, dashboards and insights in collaboration with HR data teams.
- Represent the organisation at career fairs, employer events and networking activities to build talent pipelines.
- Plan and deliver resourcing strategies and project-based recruitment initiatives aligned to business needs.
What you’ll need:
- Highly motivated, organised and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience across the full recruitment lifecycle within a large organisation, including candidate sourcing.
- Proven team leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Confident, proactive and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and initiative.
- Comfortable working to deadlines and under pressure.
- Data-literate, with strong reporting skills and proficiency in standard office systems (e.g. email, Word, Excel).
- Passionate about recruitment with a commitment to continuous development.
