Your new role

What you’ll do:

  • Lead regional business work winning function, with core purpose of securing necessary opportunities and pipeline to meet the regional business plan in chosen markets and procurement routes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is maximised across local customer base and that appropriate measurement of customer satisfaction is implemented via the CEQ process.
  • Lead regional Key Account Management activities with customers and manage relationships to support work winning across the business.
  • Responsibility for ensuring ongoing engagement with customers and their representatives to establish sustainable relationships which will provide future opportunities.
  • Contribute to RCG work winning strategy and support strategic initiatives across the business.
  • Support regional bidding activity using customer knowledge and key drivers to enhance quality submissions in bids.
  • Provide guidance and support to local SMT in delivery of business and growth strategies.
  • Represent business at appropriate events and business functions.
  • Support business to ensure continued engagement with local markets and communities.
  • Support in identification and development of cross group opportunities where appropriate.
  • Provide regular reporting to local and RCG Management teams on work winning and business development activities.
  • Ensure CRM is maintained to track opportunities, relationships, Gateway approvals and generate reports.
  • Represent Robertson at external meetings with stakeholders and customers at conferences, industry events, and open days providing professional and well informed representation of Robertson at all times.
