Role Overview
You will work as part of a flexible team with continuing responsibility for the provision of a comprehensive, high quality property maintenance service to all relevant facilities. You will have a designated core skill (Joiner / Joinery) and will be expected to lead in this area but will also be expected to undertake any property maintenance work within your range of competence.
Responsibilities
- Service and repair of doors, windows, and general building fabric.
- Service and repair of plumbing systems.
- Small plaster repairs and painting.
- Service and repair of internal fixtures and fittings.
- PPM across relevant sites.
- Reactive service calls across relevant sites.
Qualifications
- Qualified Joiner with experience in installation and maintenance work.
- Health & Safety awareness.
- Fire Door Training would be an advantage.
- Excellent Customer Care.
- Ability to work on own initiative, work safely at all times and work within a team.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Enhanced DBS Check before starting the job.
