You will be responsible for P&L, budgets, risk management and safety compliance under a PFI contract.
The role requires proven experience in managing complex FM contracts, strong leadership, and a full driving licence with willingness to travel.
An IOSH-like qualification and CAFM system proficiency are advantageous.
