Supervising projects from inception to completion, you'll exemplify our commitment to Health & Safety, and ensuring quality and best practice will be second nature to you. As a Site Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Looking after the day to day running of your site
  • Supervising trades to make sure all workmanship is of the highest quality
  • Leading, managing, and motivating everyone on site
  • Making sure paperwork is up to date, and that everything happens as safely as possible
  • Following all SHE principles, including Covid safe requirements
  • Organising labour, overseeing quality control, and ensuring that plant and machinery are used efficiently

Qualifications: As a Site Manager you'll have either a construction related degree or be from a trade background with construction management experience, hold a valid CSCS card, be SMSTS qualified and be competent in Health and Safety practice with good first aid knowledge.

With a strong project pipeline, the Site Manager role will give you the opportunity to really grow and develop your skills providing continuing support for all our on-site teams.
