Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, organising and preparing meals in line with customer requirements.
- Develop menus and recipes in line with customer requirements.
- Ensure allergen information is controlled and displayed at all times.
- Ensure the Food Safety Management System is followed at all times.
- Record food temperatures in line with RFM food policy.
- Observance of safety regulations and procedures as issued.
Qualifications
- Chef level experience in a busy catering environment.
- Experience of working in a catering or hospitality environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Food Hygiene Level 2 or equivalent (minimum).
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
