Your new role
What you\’ll do:
- Undertake planned, reactive, and cyclical maintenance work independently or supervised.
- Perform planned and responsive gas work, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Support client objectives with respectful maintenance practices.
- Ensure safe operation of all plant, equipment, and tools.
- Operate with safe working practices, adhering to health and safety regulations, COSHH, and policies.
- Maintain asset histories and maintenance records, completing tasks within contractual timescales.
- Use handheld technology (PDA & tablet) with RFM’s management system FSI Go.
- Participate in an on-call rota providing 24/7 cover.
- Report accidents and incidents per health and safety policies.
- Support other RFM personnel and carry out additional duties as assigned.
What you\’ll need:
- Time-served Commercial Gas Engineer with installation and maintenance experience.
- Full current driving license and willingness to travel.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Ability to work independently and safely.
- Teamwork skills.
- DBS/Disclosure Check required.
