The predicted salary is between 24000 - 33600 £ per year.
As a Maintenance Assistant with Robertson Facilities Management in Stockport, you will be working in commercial buildings across the portfolio of our local authority client. This will include office buidlings, schools, libraries, care homes, park structures, etc. This role is non-residential., * To undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or under the supervision of the Hard Services Manager for basic repairs of doors, windows, plumbing systems, etc for general building fabric maintenance

Service and repair of internal fixtures and fittings.

To maintain accurate records of works in progress and completed

City & Guilds or NVQ Qualified tradesperson, and/or extensive experience of property maintenance gained in either the Public or Private sector.
