Your new role:
- Lead, provide direction and day-to-day management to a multi-disciplinary FM and project delivery team to the highest standards meeting client and contractual requirements and expectations.
- Implement Robertson's integrated policies on Quality, SHEQ in conjunction with support teams and the client's requirements.
- Encourage, coach, support and manage the effective performance of people and develop them to meet personal and contract requirements.
What you'll need:
- Demonstrable experience managing multi-disciplined FM teams and contracts, preferably within the public sector.
- Financial and commercial qualifications would be beneficial, alternatively demonstrable skills and experience in managing complex budgets and commercial/legal matters.
- Ability to work on own initiative in a structured logical approach.
- A recognised health and safety qualification (IOSH).
- Strong people leader with the ability to involve and engage others.
- Able to demonstrate proficiency in the use of CAFM systems.
- A full driving licence and a willingness to travel are essential to the post.
