Your new role: In your new role, you will provide support to the Contract Manager in the ongoing service delivery of Hard FM services on the Stockport Council contract. You will manage a multi-discipline maintenance team and specialist supply chain to ensure all aspects of work are delivered within the service levels expected from the Client. You will also support with commercial and financial aspects of the contract delivery.

- Ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of the Project Agreement.
- Listen to customers and work with your colleagues to support them as a team.
- Follow procedures that keep you and our customers safe and help us maintain high standards.
