Location: The Albus, 110 Brook Street, Glasgow, G40 3AP

Working hours: Monday - Friday (Alt weeks 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)

Contract: Full Time - Fixed Term until May 2027

As a Facilities Support Centre Helpdesk‑Planning Manager, you’ll be part of a team that’s doing incredible things for a truly sustainable future.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive the delivery of service in line with SLA requirements of contracts being managed within their remit.
  • Ensure robust management of records in compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001 and company policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively to establish systems of governance, monitoring and control to maximise customer satisfaction and minimise complaints.
  • Manage and develop the quality of the throughput of their team using provided tools and methods.
  • Accountable for planning and organising team resources to maximise service capabilities.
  • Actively manage the allocation of daily workload attributed to the team to ensure achievement of SLAs.
  • Support Head of Services as required and support development of the FSC.
  • Own and drive engagement with internal customers and stakeholders to maximise support in service execution.
  • Accountable for ensuring robust reporting that captures and demonstrates team performance.
  • Maximise FSC support function by reporting monthly performance, SLA requirements & opportunities across regions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues providing inputs to bid proposals related to the Facilities Support Centre.
  • Manage budgets and resources to meet business requirements including sickness.
  • Undertake monthly auditing of OOH sub-contracting helpdesk.
  • Ensure standardisation of Helpdesk and planning functions across the operation portfolio.
  • Develop their team as individuals and as a team.
  • Undertake end-to-end management of the team through regular Monthly One to One Sessions and hosting monthly Team forums.
