Facilities Support Centre Assistant

Location: The Albus, 110 Brook Street, Glasgow, G40 3AP

Working hours: Monday – Friday (Alt weeks 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)

Contract: Full Time – Permanent

Your new role

What you’ll do:

  • Work within the Facilities Support Centre to assist with planning operative’s diaries and chasing subcontractor updates
  • Assist with follow on reports from the operational team
  • Requesting extensions for various tasks ensuring sufficient reasons are given
  • Communicate with our operations teams and subcontractors
  • Process work based paperwork and save them against our systems
  • Provide administration support to operational colleagues as required
