Your new role
The post holder will work as part of a flexible team providing a high-quality catering and bar service.
DUTIES:
· Deliver the preparation of meals where necessary.
· General cleaning duties of catering areas and catering equipment.
· Service of food and beverages to tenants and visitors.
· Responsible for handling of cash and electronic payments.
· Reconciliation of daily and weekly monetary takings.
· Ordering of goods and provisions.
· Recording of food temperatures in line with RFM food policy.
· Ensure the correct use of food and materials as instructed.
· Ensure observance of safety regulations and procedures as issued.
· Comply with the RFM Food Safety System.
· Assist with stock control.
· To provide support and assistance to other RFM personnel on site.
· To serve soft drinks and alcohol to customers.
· Ensure the bar is well stocked.
· To attend any training courses as required.
· Required to work shifts across 7 days including weekends.
