Your new role

  • Efficiently manage the project data, drawings and correspondence
  • Automate and control review and approval processes
  • Easily share large quantities of documents with all involved
  • Identify process bottlenecks, speed workflows and build audit trails
  • Check quality of documents and monitor processes
  • Set up project filing systems in conjunction with Robertson guidelines
  • Document Coordinator for all CDE documentation / drawings
  • Advanced system user/trainer – SMARTWaste & COINs
  • Advanced CDE user/trainer – Asite, BIM 360 & ACC platforms
  • Promote and work to RMS
  • Assist Project Office Lead at Information Management Meetings with any relevant documentation
  • Assist site teams with project documentation usage and compliance within the RMS
  • Assist in Best Practice and Lessons Learned
  • Ensure all CDE documentation is archived at the end of Project
  • Advise /assist site teams with the archiving of site documentation
  • Deputise for other Document Controllers when required

What you’ll need:

  • Previous administration experience within a busy office or site environment.
  • Strong IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Ability to work unsupervised whilst maintaining a high level of work and good attention to detail.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise your own workload.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in working with Common Data Environment Systems in a document controller capacity (Autodesk, Asite, Viewpoint etc) is desirable.
