  • The

Role: To provide administrative support to the Design Manager/ Design Department, including completion of labour targets generated from design information, inputting data into bonus system and dealing with production on related queries.

Additionally, assist the Design Team in setting up and maintaining information held within Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud)

  • Be attentive and ready to learn on the job skills.
  • Prepare drawing/ document packs for issue internally and externally as required.
  • Undertake simple CAD related tasks including simple drawing amendments or printing of drawings as required.
  • File correspondence and set up new files accordingly for design department.
  • Assist with typing/spreadsheets as required for Design department.
  • Filing/photocopying as required.
  • Any other administrative duties as required.
  • Prepare drawing registers and issue sheets.
  • Dealing with external consultants and clients as required via Design Manager.
  • Processing design production information to the factory from the Design office.
  • Processing labour target sheets from the design to factory and addressing all day-to-day queries from the production department in relation to labour targets.
  • Occasional use of Auto CAD/Consultec software to export cutting files and printing drawings.
  • Set up project filing systems in conjunction with Robertson guidelines.
  • Promote and work to RMS (Robertson Management Systems).
  • Assist site teams with management of site reports when required.
