Contract: Permanent - Full Time

Your new role

  • Weekly communication with the team
  • Monthly Toolbox Talks
  • Working closely with engineers to help make the stations compliant
  • Site inspections
  • Making sure they are on track to deliver PPMs within the month
  • Compile weekly time sheets monitoring productivity
  • Help to address any site issues
  • Sense checking of reports from engineers
  • Working with subcontractors to ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently
  • Reviewing RAMS where applicable
  • Quotes for reactive and remedial works

What you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • IOSH preferred but not essential
  • NEBOSH training/experience of working within the CDM Regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written
  • Record but not essential
  • Able to prepare work estimates
  • Ability to operate effective IT systems
