Your new role
- Weekly communication with the team
- Monthly Toolbox Talks
- Working closely with engineers to help make the stations compliant
- Site inspections
- Making sure they are on track to deliver PPMs within the month
- Compile weekly time sheets monitoring productivity
- Help to address any site issues
- Sense checking of reports from engineers
- Working with subcontractors to ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently
- Reviewing RAMS where applicable
- Quotes for reactive and remedial works
What you'll need:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- IOSH preferred but not essential
- NEBOSH training/experience of working within the CDM Regulations
- Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written
- Record but not essential
- Able to prepare work estimates
- Ability to operate effective IT systems
