Responsibilities
- Maintain and supervise the performance of cleaning staff in line with contractual KPIs, including training, duty rosters and cover arrangements.
- Liaise with the Soft Services Manager to provide cover for overtime, annual leave and absences, and complete relevant staff timesheets.
- Allocate work, perform quality control, check schedules and resolve problems.
- Assist in compliance with site waste management procedures.
- Ensure adherence to RFM procedures and health & safety, including COSHH.
- Maintain site cleanliness to required standards and liaise with the Soft Services Manager on quality audits.
Qualifications
- Experience of cleaning in a commercial capacity.
- Experience as a team leader or supervisor preferred.
- Good customer care skills.
- Ability to exercise initiative and prioritise duties.
- Knowledge of health & safety best practices.
- Aware of COSHH regulations.
