Responsibilities

  • Maintain and supervise the performance of cleaning staff in line with contractual KPIs, including training, duty rosters and cover arrangements.
  • Liaise with the Soft Services Manager to provide cover for overtime, annual leave and absences, and complete relevant staff timesheets.
  • Allocate work, perform quality control, check schedules and resolve problems.
  • Assist in compliance with site waste management procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to RFM procedures and health & safety, including COSHH.
  • Maintain site cleanliness to required standards and liaise with the Soft Services Manager on quality audits.

Qualifications

  • Experience of cleaning in a commercial capacity.
  • Experience as a team leader or supervisor preferred.
  • Good customer care skills.
  • Ability to exercise initiative and prioritise duties.
  • Knowledge of health & safety best practices.
  • Aware of COSHH regulations.
