Role: Building Services Manager

Location: Glasgow

Your new role

About the role:

  • Review tender submissions
  • Opportunity reviews
  • Identify and manage risks
  • Ensure proposed contractors are suitably qualified, experienced and have adequate resource to achieve the project requirements
  • Co-ordination reviews
  • Installation method statements
  • Value engineering proposals
  • Quality control
  • Selection of suitable Sub contractors for enquiries
  • Selection of Designers where necessary
  • Review of M&E tender documents

About the role:

  • Essential – depending on background minimum of HNC/HND in a building services discipline
  • Desirable – Building Services Discipline degree or HND
