About the role:
- Review tender submissions
- Opportunity reviews
- Identify and manage risks
- Ensure proposed contractors are suitably qualified, experienced, and have adequate resources to achieve the project requirements
- Co-ordination reviews
- Quality control
- Selection of suitable Sub contractors for enquiries
- Selection of Designers where necessary
- Review of M&E tender documents
Essential – depending on background minimum of HNC/HND in a building services discipline.
