What you’ll do:
- Ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of the Project Agreement between RFM and our client(s).
- Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or as assistant to a maintenance tradesperson on:
- Service and repair of lighting and power distribution systems.
- Reactive repairs to all types of lighting systems and power distribution systems.
- Service and repair of motors and pumps.
- Competent on BMS control systems.
- Competent PAT tester.
What you’ll need:
- Level 3 Certificate in electrical installation + AM2 (or equivalent)
- 2391-52 Inspection & Test
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
- The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS Check before starting in the job.
Who we’re looking for:
- A qualified Electrician with reasonable experience in a maintenance role within a commercial setting.
- City & Guilds or equivalent qualification required including 18th Edition and AM2 Practical Skills Assessment.
- Experience in electrical power distribution systems, and preferred experience in electrical testing.
- Valid UK Driving Licence required.
