Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of quarterly service charge billing for over 11,000 residents, and lead the annual budgeting and actuals process . Manage major works consultations within tight regulatory deadlines and lead on rent setting and calculations . Act as a vital link between the finance team, IT, service delivery partners, and directors – ensuring the accurate, timely flow of information.
