Robertson Bell is proud to be working with a well-regarded educational institution to recruit a School Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This is a crucial role within the leadership team, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the school’s financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and help deliver the best outcomes for students through effective resource management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading on budget setting and financial planning in collaboration with senior leaders.
- Preparing monthly management accounts, monitoring financial performance, and completing reconciliations.
- Overseeing payroll checks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Supporting the development and implementation of efficient financial systems and procedures.
- Managing and developing finance staff, providing guidance and day-to-day oversight.
- Acting as a key contact for auditors and supporting the school’s readiness for inspections and financial reviews.
